Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or otherwise using Visa Atlas, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to everyone who accesses Visa Atlas.

2. The Service

Visa Atlas is provided free of charge. It helps you plan trips, track visa requirements, and organise bookings. Visa information is provided for guidance only and is not legal advice — always verify with official sources, such as the relevant embassy or government website, before making travel decisions.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 16 years old to use Visa Atlas. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. User Content & Conduct

Visa Atlas has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You agree not to post content in collaborative trips or chats that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. You can report any message or block any collaborator by long-pressing their message in a trip chat. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours and offending users may be removed or have their accounts terminated.

5. Collaborative Trips

You may invite other people to collaborate on a trip. Content you post in a shared trip — including messages, notes, and itinerary edits — is visible to that trip's collaborators. You are responsible for the content you contribute and for who you choose to share a trip with. Only invite people you trust.

6. Intellectual Property

Visa Atlas, including its name, design, and software, is owned by Tirmazi Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the trip content you create; by using collaborative features you grant the other collaborators on a trip the ability to view that content. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app except as permitted by law.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Visa Atlas is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that visa information, travel data, or AI-generated itineraries are accurate, complete, or current. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tirmazi Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any travel decisions made in reliance on it.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or post objectionable content. Upon termination, your right to use the app ends immediately, and your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will notify you within the app before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Visa Atlas after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
